What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide guidance and facilitate the negotiation process until its successful completion
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to EEO guidelines throughout the recruitment process

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 5 years of executive search experience
• Proven ability to partner with clients to assess their hiring needs
• Strong skills in devising and executing targeted research strategies
• Experience in negotiating and finalizing hiring agreements
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all recruitment activities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience specifically recruiting sales executives or tech executives in the SaaS industry
• A strong network within the technology sector that can be leveraged for candidate sourcing
