The Licensing Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the licensing processes within our organization, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Duties
 Manage the licensing process from initiation to completion, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
 Collaborate with sales administration teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in licensing operations.
 Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform licensing decisions and identify new opportunities.
 Negotiate terms and conditions of licenses with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
 Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant industry standards throughout the licensing process.
 Provide training and support to team members on licensing procedures and best practices.
 Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance sales teams, retail partners, and telemarketing representatives.
 Monitor ongoing licensing activities to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
Skills
 Proficient in sales administration with a strong understanding of insurance sales practices.
 Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is essential for maintaining compliance.
