Overview
The Licensing Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the licensing processes within our organization, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Duties
• Manage the licensing process from initiation to completion, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Collaborate with sales administration teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in licensing operations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform licensing decisions and identify new opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of licenses with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant industry standards throughout the licensing process.
• Provide training and support to team members on licensing procedures and best practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance sales teams, retail partners, and telemarketing representatives.
• Monitor ongoing licensing activities to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

Skills
• Proficient in sales administration with a strong understanding of insurance sales practices.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is essential for maintaining compliance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
