Overview
CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant Industry Packages opening for our client in Collegeville, PA.

Location: Collegeville, PA
Duration: 6 months

Duties:
• Work as a Package Consultant within the Industry Package, focusing on pharmacovigilance case processing and business analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring business requirements are translated effectively into system specifications.
• Utilize the ARGUS processing system for pharmacovigilance case processing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations, including FDA and EMA guidelines.
• Support medical coding activities using MedDRA and the WHO Drug Dictionary.
• Provide subject-matter expertise to optimize workflows and improve business processes related to pharmacovigilance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Skills:
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to document and understand business processes and requirements.
• Expertise in ARGUS processing system and pharmacovigilance case processing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in medical coding (MedDRA and WHO Drug Dictionary).
• Ability to bridge business and technical requirements effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations, including FDA and EMA guidelines.

Experience:
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in pharmacovigilance case processing and business analysis.
• Proven track record of business analysis, particularly in the pharmacovigilance industry.
• Experience with pharmacovigilance case processing and working with relevant software systems.
• Experience in medical coding with MedDRA and familiarity with the WHO Drug Dictionary is highly desirable.
• Experience in working as a case processor within pharmacovigilance is a plus.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
