As a Manager of Corporate Loss Reserve or Manager Corporate Actuary on the Corporate Actuary team, youÂll play a pivotal role in managing over $5.5 billion in Loss and LAE reserves. You'll oversee and maintain robust controls for our reserves and conduct comprehensive reserve reviews to ensure precision and accuracy. You'll gain valuable exposure to a diverse range of areas, including Personal Auto, Rideshare, Property, and Catastrophes. YouÂll leverage your actuarial expertise to tackle innovative challenges and lead initiatives that enhance our models, processes, and methodologies. Additionally, you'll manage a talented team of up to four analysts, developing and mentoring them to reach their full potential. Must-have qualifications
 High School Diploma/GED Equivalent or higher and a minimum of 8 years of actuarial experience.
 {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Math, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or Finance and a minimum of 5 years of actuarial experience.
Preferred skills
 Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) designation
 Experience leading a team of actuarial analysts including coaching and mentoring
 Intermediate to advanced coding skills (SQL, Power Query, R or Python)
 Excellent communication skills including visualization of quantitative information for non-technical audiences
Compensation
 $100,100 - $160,400/year depending on position level
 Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance and position level.
