About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Pega technologies including Pega Reporting, Pega Platform, Pega Application Development, Pega Data and Integration, Pega User Experience, Pega Mobility, Pega Case Management, and PEGA Decision Hub. This role involves leading the design and development of Pega-based solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability, and providing technical guidance to development teams. The position operates in a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.

Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements.

• Monitor and report on the performance of Pega applications identifying areas for improvement.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications and integrations.

• Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

• Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality Pega solutions that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
• 8 to 10 years of experience in Pega technologies.

• Strong background in Pega Reporting, Pega Platform, and Pega Application Development.

• Expertise in Pega Data and Integration ensuring seamless data flow across systems.

• Experience in designing user-friendly Pega User Experience and Pega Mobility solutions.

• Proficiency in Pega Case Management and PEGA Decision Hub to drive business processes.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex Pega issues.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers in Pega best practices.
