Purpose
Aldridge Pite LLP has an immediate need for a processor in its bankruptcy department.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
 Review daily reports to ensure that files are handled efficiently and timely
 Review information and documents provided to determine if referral is warranted
 Preparation of Motions for Relief from Stay, Assignments and Reaffirmation Agreements
 Provide support to paralegals, management and attorneys
 Assist with additional projects as needed
Job Requirements
 Previous law firm experience is preferred but not required
 Bankruptcy or Mortgage Servicing experience preferred but not required
General Competencies
 Must have the ability to communicate with attorneys
 Must have the ability to interpret client systems
 Must be proficient in software tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
 Must be organized and multi-task oriented
 Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
