Handle a variety of auto claims: The In-House Auto Claim Counsel will be responsible for managing and handling a variety of auto claims, including reviewing evidence, conducting investigations, and providing legal advice.
Utilize legal expertise: This role requires utilizing extensive legal knowledge and expertise to assess and handle complex claims, interpret laws and regulations, and provide sound legal advice to internal and external stakeholders.
Provide superior counsel: The In-House Auto Claim Counsel will be responsible for providing high-quality and efficient legal counsel to our valued customers, ensuring their rights and interests are protected throughout the claims process.
Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment: This role involves working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring the ability to adapt to changing situations and handle a high volume of claims while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Conduct thorough investigations: The In-House Auto Claim Counsel will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into claims, including reviewing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and gathering all necessary information to make informed decisions.
