We are currently seeking a Senior Db2 DBA with a strong background in DB2 System Administration and expertise in the Cards and Payments domain. The ideal candidate will possess 11 to 15 years of experience, showcasing a deep understanding of infrastructure architecture and its application within the financial services sector. This role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing infrastructure solutions that align with our business objectives, ensuring high availability and performance of DB2 systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance to development teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions, conducting system audits, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Additionally, the role includes leading the evaluation of new technologies, ensuring compliance with industry standards, implementing security best practices, and managing disaster recovery planning. Mentorship and training of junior team members will also be a key aspect of this position, as well as monitoring infrastructure performance and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
