Director, Population Health Management

Develop, drive, and execute on WorldÂs vision and strategy around population health management to support mid-market and large clients of our Employee Benefits practice. In this role you will work with World EB offices across the United States to support the execution of client engagements which include marketplace overviews; procuring, developing and implementing solutions; managing solutions; and data analytics for monitoring the impact of solutions.
Job Responsibilities
 Identifies client needs in broader context health management strategy including linkages to communications, productivity, and measurement
 Demonstrates added value in developing specific strategy, program outcome targets and return-on-investment measurement approach
 Follows on post-implementation work including potential vendor assessment, change management and communication
 Develop new or customized market solution to meet client needs, including in house tools and resources, as well as vendor partner relationships
 Works with the Client Advisors and Account Executives to develop strategic plans, introduce solutions and support implementation for prospects and clients.
 Collaborate with internal and external resources to identify critical integration products / tools / solutions around wellbeing, employee navigation, virtual care and other innovative health care solutions
 Create scalable solutions that address health improvement and benefits strategies with the power of data analytics to provide evidence-based health solutions for clients that improve health and productivity while positively impacting the bottom line
 Translate theories and ideas into clear and actionable offers, tools, and approaches that can be deployed to our clients
 Utilize broad health care experience to anticipate market trends and client needs
 Demonstrate technical knowledge of national and regional vendors, delivery models and emerging trends.
 Leverage data analytics to formulate specific action plants for clients to address health plan performance.
 Partner with Underwriting and Analytics team to identify and manage data aggregator partner.
 People management of other population health team members is a possibility and mentoring is expected
 Leverages technical knowledge to promote World and to grow market presence through public speaking, media quotes, published articles and membership/leadership role in business organizations.
 Communicate strategy, vision, and point-of-view through the marketing of new products, tools, and offers through articles, interviews, white papers, and speaking engagements
Required Experience
 Minimum of 12 years of health industry and/or consulting experience
 Demonstrated client, people, and business leadership
 Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of new tools and services
 Deep health care knowledge, including strong knowledge of the health market and industry, plans, vendors, special interest groups, professional organizations
 Knowledge and application of clinical, non-clinical and business measurement
 Proven track record of successfully developing a consulting approach, creating the expert team, and disseminating out to local offices
 Strong people management skills
 Broad-base thinker with solid understanding of the overall approach to population health for employers
 Strong communication skills
 Preferred locations: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York or South Florida
Education
 Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
 MasterÂs degree and/or Clinical degree or designation is preferred but not a requirement
