Responsibilities
 Complete quarterly and annual statutory filings for external regulators, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

 Prepare separate audited financial statements for each regulated company, maintaining high standards of financial reporting.

 Perform statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data reported in various financial systems.

 Review costs and conduct cost-benefit analysis related to projects and programs.

 Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions and events in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

 Assist in analyzing financial data, extracting and defining relevant information to interpret past financial performance and project future financial probabilities.

 Develop financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis.

 Interpret financial transactions and events for users who must make economic or business decisions.
Requirements
 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related business field required.

 High School Diploma/GED and two years of related work experience accepted.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office spreadsheet applications and PeopleSoft General Ledger preferred.
