Premier Plastic Surgery Partners LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a part-time HR/Payroll/Accounting Specialist position. This role will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to human resources, payroll processing, and basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of confidential information.
This is a part-time position, approximately 20-30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options.
Responsibilities:  Human Resources:  Partner with our PEO to maintain compliance with all applicable regulations  Verify and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.  Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.  Support HR initiatives, such as performance reviews and training programs.  Answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.  Payroll:  Administer all aspects of payroll, from data entry and calculations to incorporating manual adjustments for accurate employee pay  Maintain payroll records and documentation.  Accounting:  Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable.  Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, address changes and W9 information  Assist with month-end closing activities.  Assist with audits and other financial reviews.  Extract monthly reports from the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Qualifications:  Proven experience in HR, payroll, and accounting, preferably in a small to medium-sized business environment.  Working knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.  Experience and proficiency in ADP TotalSource payroll software, Bill.com AP/AR software and NexTech EMR system  Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.  Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Strong organizational and time-management skills.  Ability to maintain confidentiality.
