We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fundraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our mission. This position requires strong public relations skills, strategic planning capabilities, and a commitment to building lasting relationships with donors and stakeholders.
Duties
 Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans to meet organizational goals.
 Identify potential donors and funding opportunities for an online auction, basketball, walkathon and other events.
 Help edit and finalize grant writing proposals to secure funding from various sources.
 Manage relationships with existing donors and cultivate new partnerships and sponsorships.
 Utilize databases to track donor information and fundraising progress.
 Volunteer Coordination (as needed): Screen volunteers, support and guide volunteers on specific initiatives when required. Provide occasional leadership for events and community projects. Collaborate with volunteers to organize fundraising events and campaigns.
 Market fundraising initiatives through various channels including social media to increase visibility and engagement.
 Provide regular reports on fundraising activities and outcomes to stakeholders.
 Provide resume and/or details of your work experience, your expected salary per month, and your availability (days/time).
Experience
 Proven experience in fundraising, public relations, or related fields is preferred.
 Strong skills in strategic planning and relationship management are essential.
 Familiarity with databases and software used for tracking donations and donor engagement.
 Experience in grant proposal writing is a plus.
 Excellent research skills to identify strong funding sources and donor prospects.
 Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
 Be able to meet in person occasionally in Ashburn, VA and during events.
 Background in nonprofit leadership or program coordination is a plus.
 Passion for the mission of International SEVA and a dedication to underserved communities.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,250.00 - $2,500.00 per month
