• Estate Planning (with access to legal support)

While prior financial experience is not mandatory, the following skills will contribute to your success in this position:
• Leadership or managerial experience
• Public speaking abilities
• Strong customer service orientation
• Sales proficiency
• Banking or accounting background
• An entrepreneurial mindset

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must:
• Successfully pass a background check (no felonies)
• Hold or be eligible to obtain a U.S. Social Security Number
• Reside in the United States, Puerto Rico, or Canada during the hiring and licensing process
• Be at least 18 years old (Federal Requirement)

Compensation And Benefits

Our financial professionals enjoy a competitive earning potential ranging from (36,000 to )125,000 annually, based on performance.
• Unlimited commission potential with uncapped earnings
• Multiple income streams such as producer bonuses, agency bonuses, renewal income, stock options, and profit-sharing
• Frequent payments, averaging 8-9 times per month
• Example: Commissions per client can vary from (2,000 to )10,000
