POSITION SUMMARY

Under limited supervision, this position will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and qualifying cutting-edge components for Ebara’s innovative technologies. With a focus on driving success, you'll develop strategic business plans and play a key role in advancing materials sales for Ebara’s product lines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Investigate and identify options for part refurbishment, alternative component technologies, or supplies, and develop solutions accordingly.
• Serves as the technical liaison between component suppliers and development engineers, identifying new and alternative sourcing options. (Essential)
• Collaborating with account managers, developing commercial strategy and marketing plan for alternate components, new business opportunities, supplies, and/or upgrades to Ebara Technologies customers. (Essential)
• Travel as required with 25-50% of time spent visiting point of sales locations to assess effectiveness and identify channel and product improvement opportunities. (Essential)
• Support materials sales issues and materials escalations at customer sites. (Essential)
• Manage ECN customer communication. Manage EOL parts tracking and provide solutions for ECN and non-ECN parts. (Essential)
• Support evaluations/demos, troubleshooting in the field interfacing with engineering and customer’s engineering groups. (Essential)
• Manages materials issues within the field interfacing with EBARA Corporation, and interacts with customers.
• Manage customers through qualification and transition of alternate components used in the company’s technology. (Essential)
• Identifies, evaluates, and recommends new business opportunities, interacting with Engineering, Business Development personnel, and EBARA globally to implement new products. (Essential)
• Manage parts of business financial performance to plan for assigned accounts. (Essential)
• Train and mentor Business Development Engineers I-II. (Essential)
• It complies with EBARA’s safety policies, including participating in and completing all required safety training. (Essential)
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara and customer safety policies. (Essential)

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or equivalent technical experience in an engineered product industry and/or commercial sales experience

Experience
• Six (6) or more years of work experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Three (3) to Five (5) + years experience in CMP or Plating business, semiconductor sales, or project management experience is preferred.
