Develop and implement market strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the energy industry.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand industry trends and competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract new leads.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, industry partners, and internal teams.
Utilize strong analytical skills to track and measure the success of market strategies and make adjustments as needed.
Lead and mentor a team of market approach specialists to ensure effective execution of market plans and achieve business objectives.
Communicate market insights and updates to senior leadership and make recommendations for future growth opportunities.
Identify and attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
Stay updated on industry developments and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support lead conversion and client retention efforts.
Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and internal performance metrics to inform future market strategies.
Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate and promote to potential clients.
Continuously seek out new methods and tools for improving market approach strategies and processes.
