As an Enterprise Architect I at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, you will play a crucial role in analyzing change requirements and identifying IT opportunities within enterprise business processes. Your primary responsibility will be to provide resolutions for enterprise architecture improvements by leveraging new technological applications. You will be tasked with designing enterprise architectural roadmaps that align with the organization's strategies, business objectives, and established EA standards, processes, and methodologies. In this position, you will provide expert advice and explanations to customers regarding business process design and system development, which includes application architecture and integration architecture. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with other EA staff, experts, and decision-makers to accurately define client requirements. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support for data, applications, and system client requests, ensuring that all needs are met effectively. Your role will also involve assisting developers with pre-production testing and addressing critical production support issues. You will be responsible for creating and analyzing requirements to produce non-functional requirements and supporting documentation. Furthermore, you will develop and deploy application proofs of concept and solution designs, utilizing various database languages. Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities, will be essential for success in this role. You will need to possess a solid understanding of reference SDLC, architectures, technology trends, and implementation, enabling you to translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive solution blueprints that represent end-to-end solutions.

Requirements
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.

 5 years of experience with development and solution design/architecture for full stack application programming in JAVA in an agile environment.

 Experience with Health Care Payer's Provider domain, applications, and SaaS products.
,
 Possess SAFe for architect version 6 and AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certifications.

 Ability to assist developers with pre-production testing and critical production support issues.

 Ability to create and analyze requirements to produce non-functional requirements and supporting documentation.

 Ability to develop and deploy application proofs of concept and solution designs using database languages.

 Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
