Our consistent, organic growth plus a recent $70M investment has accelerated the expansion of our fantastic team and we are currently seeking to add a results-oriented Account Development Representative.
Our Account Development (ADR) team (previously called the SDR team) plays a critical role in driving growth at IntelliShift by sourcing high-quality opportunities for their Account Executive partners. As an ADR, you will generate new business opportunities by prospecting into large, fleet driven companies. You will maximize our rapidly growing digitally influenced lead pool while identifying, qualifying, and generating sales-ready opportunities. ADRÂs conduct high-level conversations with executives and business owners about their business, their fleet management issues, and their operations. Our most successful ADRs are inherently self-motivated and driven individuals who are goal-oriented, methodical, tenacious, and can effectively interact with multiple buyer personas and their teams.
This is a full-time, remote-based salaried position working eastern or central business hours, with occasional travel to our NY HQ or trade shows.
What you will do:
 Manage against monthly prospecting targets by developing new business opportunities via phone calls, LinkedIn, email and other creative methods
 Leverage CRM and sales tools to prospect into specific geographic territories and maintain clean data hygiene
 Strategize with Account Executives (AE) partners to be hyper-focused managing and developing a pipeline of opportunities
 Map prospective accounts around organizational structure, people, and existing technology
 Become an expert in target industries pinpointing key trends happening, common pain points, and strategies for further growth
What you'll need to do it:
 1+ year of B2B SDR or high-volume sales related experience in technology; targeting multi-stakeholder engagements
 Demonstrable track record of success performing against expectations

We offer competitive compensation, commensurate with experience; $55-60k base salary plus a $25k commission target. We also offer outstanding benefits to simplify the lives of our employees and show them how much we appreciate their contributions. IntelliShift provides company-subsidized medical insurance for all employees (and largely subsidized coverage), dental, vision, and 401K with a 4% company contribution. This is a remote full-time, salaried position working east coast business hours, with occasional travel to the NY HQ and customers throughout the country.
