Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis

 We are looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Included Health.
 Working in partnership with partners across the business, you will have responsibilities in budgeting, forecasting and analysis, supporting strategic planning, and preparation of board and investors materials.
 You will report to the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.
 Managing a team of finance professionals, experience with coaching, mentorship and team development will be essential as the business expands and the complexity of the business increases.
 You will work with the VP, FP&A to develop and enhance the financial management of the business and provide strategic partnership.
Requirements: Â Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Â At least 10+ years of total professional experience, including managing teams and increasing levels of responsibility. Â Experience at a private equity firm, investment bank, management consulting firm or an equivalent corporate development group is preferred. Â Strong financial modeling and analytics skills. Â Experience operating in a healthcare or digital healthcare environment is preferred. Â Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences. Â Strong technical and market knowledge across healthcare.
