About the Role:

Daily Responsibilities: • Leading the design and delivery of Workday Adaptive projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives • Partnering with Project Managers and Engagement Executives to plan the adaptive workstream • Collaborating cross-functionally to solve challenges and drive the best solutions for the client and the organization • Assisting in budgeting and maintaining financial accountability for your projects • Mentoring junior consultants and sharing your expertise to strengthen the consulting team’s capabilities • Tailoring your approach to client needs, delivering solutions and feedback with clarity and professionalism

Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of Workday Adaptive experience or 5-8 years of relevant industry experience • Strong background in Adaptive Planning implementation or administration (Workday Adaptive certification is preferred) • Experience with budgeting and forecasting across various domains such as revenue, expenses, personnel, and capital • Familiarity with enterprise planning software or financial application tools is a plus • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
