We are a growing online real estate education business offering pre-license classes, continuing education, and professional development courses. We are looking for a highly organized Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support our social media, marketing efforts, partnership development, and general administrative tasks.
This is a remote, flexible position ideal for someone with experience in digital marketing, social media management, and administrative support who enjoys working independently and efficiently.
?? Key Responsibilities
?? Marketing & Social Media Support
 Develop partnerships with real estate agencies, brokerages, and organizations to expand course reach.
 Schedule and post content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to engage potential students.
 Create simple promotional graphics using Canva for social media and marketing materials.
 Assist with email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp).
 Monitor social media engagement, respond to basic inquiries, and track key metrics.
?? Administrative & General Support
 Respond to student and customer inquiries via email.
 Organize files, maintain spreadsheets, and update records.
 Set up and manage Zoom webinars.
 Assist with light research tasks for content, marketing initiatives, and industry trends.
 Support course-related administrative tasks (uploading materials, formatting documents).
?? Ideal Candidate Qualifications
? Tech-Savvy  Comfortable with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Thinkific, Kajabi, or similar platforms.
? Marketing & Social Media Knowledge  Experience in social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
? Strong Communication & Outreach Skills  Professional, friendly, and able to establish partnerships.
? Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented  Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and track engagement data.
? Self-Starter  Can work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.
?? Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus!):
 Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
 Experience in real estate industry marketing or partnerships.
 Familiarity with basic video editing or webinar management.
