 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or similar roles, preferably in the IT or software development industry.
 Proven and verifiable track record of successfully generating outbound qualified leads and achieving targets/quotas.
 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects at a director to C-Suite level.
 Expertise with CRM tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator) and sales engagement platforms.
 Strong research and analytical skills to identify and connect with prospects with tailored messaging around our services.
 Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
 Deep understanding of the North American market within higher-end mid-market and enterprise.
 Potential to fast-track into an Account Executive role.

 Research and identify prospects that fall within our ICP using strategic messaging, calling, and hitting the right channels.
 Qualify leads with in-depth discovery, and conversations to understand their needs, pain points, and potential fit with our solutions.
 Strategically schedule and manage meetings and product demos for the sales team.
 Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and execute outbound campaigns and optimize outreach strategies.
 Provide insights and feedback to refine messaging and improve lead-generation tactics.
 Maintain, update, and add detailed notations of all interactions with prospects in our CRM.
 Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to position our solutions effectively.
 Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualified opportunities.
