Responsibilities:
 Conduct five or more high-quality Zoom sales calls per day with inbound leads who have already invested in a front-end product.
 Navigate prospects through a proven consultative sales process to drive strong close rates on a high-ticket offer.
 Maintain a rigorous follow-up cadence using CRM tools to track prospects and maximize conversions.
 Participate in daily sales training, role plays, and end-of-day team huddles to sharpen skills and stay at the top of your game.
 Adapt to flexible scheduling, including weekends, to maximize lead flow and closing opportunities.
 Represent a premium brand with a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and exceptional client experience.
Requirements
Requirements:
 At least two years of experience in remote high-ticket sales, preferably in coaching, consulting, or digital education.
 Proven track record of closing at least $30M+ in total sales throughout your career.
 Experience working with inbound leads who have already made an initial purchase.
 Highly coachable and eager to train dailyÂthis is a data-driven, high-performance team.
 Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (team meetings at 9 AM EST).
 Must be able to hit and exceed KPIsÂthis team does not settle for average.
 Strong emotional intelligence and ability to sell to a mature demographic (ages 55-75).
 Professional appearance and demeanor (collared shirt, well-groomed, no hats on calls).
