Your impact as a Production Calendar Planner, is vital. This position is responsible for strategically overseeing and auditing our production calendar input to ensure compliance with standardized business rules and configuration standards.

Schedule: REMOTE-Monday- Friday Must live in one of the following locations:
Ventura, Reno, Bay Area, Spokane, Sacramento

As a Production Calendar Planner, You'll Get To
 Utilize business intelligence to define and update resource constraints for staffing, including turnover rates, call-outs, leave of absence, training timelines, and new hire availability.
 Manage cost per unit collected benchmarks and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
 Perform drive management analysis to balance goal attainment with cost-efficiency by reviewing productivity and resource utilization.
 Review and analyze productivity metrics to make cost-effective production decisions regarding drive additions.
Requirements
Knowledge/ Education
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
 Knowledge of customer relationship management systems preferred.
 Knowledge of applicable business applications preferred.
Experience
Three years of related experience required.
Skills/Abilities
 Excellent planning, organizational, problem solving and prioritizing skills.
 Ability to plan and organize a diversified and heavy workload.
 Proficient computer skills
