POSITION SUMMARY
The Parts and Service Sales Representative (PSSR) is responsible for driving revenue by promoting and selling parts and service solutions to new and existing customers. This field-based sales role requires a conultative approach to identify customer needs, provide tailored service solutions, and and maintain long-term relationships. The PSSR will leverage their knowledge of BEC's products and competitor offerings to differentiate our solutions and expand market share.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

 Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of BEC's parts and service offerings to effectively communicate value to customers
 Actively prospect, promote and close sales for parts and service solutions to new and existing customers, achieving assingned sales targets
 Regularly visit current and potential customers within the assigned territory to build relationships and identify new sales opportunities
 Collaborate with Equipment Consultants, Service Team Leads and Inside Sales Support to share insights to develop targeted sales strategies
 Cultivate and nurture strong customer relationships to address immediate service needs
 Promote ongoing service and parts strategies to include Preventive Maintenance service agreements, warranty expirations, complimentary module inspections, etc.to increase service sales
 Deliver customer training and support on equipment maintenance best practices
 Differentiate BEC from competitors by providing consultative, value-driven solutions to customers
 Utilize CRM/ERP software to track customer interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups
 Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
 Must reside within the assigned sales territory and be able to travel daily for customer visits
 Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop long-term customer partnerships
 Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple accounts simultaeously
 Self-motivated, goal driven and able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
 Ability to frequently lift and move parts or equipment, up 75lbs, as needed for demonstrations or customer support
 Technical aptitude with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems is a plus
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
 High school diploma or equivalent; BachelorÂs degree in Business or a related field preferred
 3+ years of prior sales experience, preferably parts and service
 Experience in using CRM/ERP systmes preferred
