Pay Range
USD $52,656.00 - USD $62,686.00 /Yr.

Overview
Due to growth, we are a Specialist, Specialty Pharmacy Account Management Operations adding to our Trade Relations department.
The Specialist, Specialty Pharmacy Account Management Operations, will support and enable the operations of their assigned specialty pharmacy business line to ensure seamless operational delivery and service is provided for patients of the client. This role will be responsible for coordinating and completing tactical and operational projects required for accurate client relationship management (CRM) activities. In addition to being directly involved in day-to-day operational support, this person will collect data to analyze workflow and workload opportunities and trends specific to their assigned client(s). The teams this associate will work with include, but are not limited to, the Lumicera Service Excellence Team, Specialty Pharmacy line-of-business Operations Teams, Lumicera Shared Services, Account Management, Marketing, Compliance, Sales, Implementation, Quality, Accreditation, and other teams as required. The goal of this position is to streamline initiatives and ensure client-specific expectations are followed that impact the full book-of-business (BoB) as well as key quality monitoring and reporting responsibilities.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
 Review data for completeness and accuracy while developing and maintaining subject matter expertise in tools and programs used to operationalize pharmacy programs including, but not limited to, RxVector/Agile Care, NCRX, Lighthouse, CoverMyMeds, Lumicera Digital Engagement Programs for patients and providers, Manufacturer Patient Assistance Programs, Manufacturer Enhanced Services Programs, Phone System(s), CRM, Alvaria, Jira, and Electronic Medical Record navigation, communication, and documentation
 Assist in development of new procedures and workflows addressing improvement opportunities or new requirements as determined by the client or Lumicera Leadership. Draft policies that accompany these workflows
 Serve as liaison between departments to ensure effective constructive feedback, coaching, and communication of changes in workflow specific to the client(s) or line of business
 Develop and update training resources that effectively facilitate education on the unique aspects specific to the Specialty Pharmacy workflows, programs, and individual locations
 Participate as a trainer in onboarding associates to the fully dedicated, pharmacy-specific teams as well as the Lumicera Patient Services/Operations Shared Services teams. Lead operational projects leveraging client-specific data and knowledge, serving as a resource for questions from line of business and shared service team members
 Create and support insights reporting and files that support account team client monitoring and management through developing and maintaining subject matter expertise in programs including, but not limited to, electronic health records, Qlik-Sense, Navigate 3D, and Microsoft Excel
 Advise leaders on line of business data insights to inform workflow and workforce management and development
 Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What our team expects from you?
 Associate or bachelorÂs degree in business, data analytics, or sciences, or equivalent work experience required
 Current pharmacy technician registration in good standing with the state where the associate resides required as determined by pharmacy practice regulations in that state. Additional state technician registrations may be required if determined to be necessary for state-specific compliance to serve patients of an affiliated client or partner
 National pharmacy technician certification credential highly preferred
 Knowledge of pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, pharmacy benefits management, insurance, or health care industry
 2+ years of experience interfacing directly with internal teams and clients
 2+ years of experience with data analytics
 Training in process improvement techniques
 Previous experience with working independently, prioritizing work to meet needs and timelines, critical thinking, delivering performance under pressure and successful relationship building highly preferred
 Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
 The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
