What You'll Do:
Lead the transformation of the FP&A function, setting policies, implementing systems, and fostering excellence in reporting. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and optimizing financial processes. The Director, FP&A will directly contribute to the company's performance metrics by improving efficiency and accuracy in financial data to support informed decision-making. Specific projects may include defining and implementing corporate and department KPIs, implementing new accounting software, developing and enforcing accounting policies, and leading process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
 Lead the long-term financial planning process, including multi-year forecasts
 Run the annual budgeting process, including ongoing adherence to budgets to actuals
 Oversee preparation of monthly and quarterly Board of Directors reports
 Collaborate with the CFO and the Executive Leadership Team in company and departmental strategic planning and goals
 Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices across the FP&A function
 Build a shared services FP&A function and team, assisting other Executives and Departments in solving complex issues
What YouÂll Need (Requirements)
 BachelorÂs degree in Accounting or Finance
 Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
 Deep expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
 Strong proficiency with financial planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, Power BI).
 Experience identifying and implementing best-in-class systems
 Exceptional analytical skills, with a track record of turning data into actionable insights.
 Familiarity with SaaS metrics and business models (preferred but not required).
