Technical Customer Success Representative
We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Success Representative with development experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at building relationships, ensuring customer success, and troubleshooting technical issues, including front-end development challenges.
Location: Must reside in Texas
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 DOE
What YouÂll Do
 Build strong relationships with assigned customer accounts
 Develop proactive strategies to maximize customer success and platform adoption
 Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on company tools, APIs, and integrations
 Assist customers with troubleshooting and development best practices
 Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve product adoption
 Drive revenue through retention, renewals, and upselling opportunities
What YouÂll Need To Succeed
 3+ years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success or Account Management preferred)
 Hands-on experience with development and troubleshooting web applications
 Strong understanding of APIs, front-end frameworks, and web technologies
 Ability to clearly communicate the value of technical solutions to customers
 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities independently
