You will be responsible for assisting clients through the mortgage process, learning the ins and outs of loan origination, and building relationships with customers and referral partners.

Duties
• Learn and understand the mortgage products and services offered by the company.
• Assist clients with the mortgage application process, providing guidance and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Build relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral partners.
• Review and verify loan applications, financial documents, and credit reports.
• Educate borrowers on loan products, rates, and terms.
• Maintain strong communication throughout the loan process, keeping clients informed and updated.
• Meet sales and production goals set by the company.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and follow up on loan status to ensure timely processing and closing.

Requirements
• No prior experience necessary – we will provide full training!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the mortgage industry.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A high school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
