Key Responsibilities
 Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to a team of adjusters to ensure they deliver superior concierge claims services.
 Oversee the adherence to company policies and state insurance regulations, ensuring compliance within the team.
 Address and resolve intricate claim-related challenges involving insureds, adjusters, agents, and other stakeholders.
 Set performance benchmarks, metrics, and objectives that align with organizational goals.
 Manage the effective operation of the Contract Claims program, fostering the attraction and retention of essential contracts.
 Cultivate educational initiatives and establish strong relationships with insureds to promote best practices and successful outcomes.
