Job Description
As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, youÂll be the linchpin of customer interactions, managing inquiries and coordinating projects in both English and Spanish. This role offers a unique blend of customer service and sales, allowing you to leverage your communication skills across diverse client needs. YouÂll be instrumental in scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and supporting the sales process for both residential and commercial glass installations. Utilizing modern tools like RingCentral and QuickBooks, youÂll streamline operations and contribute directly to the companyÂs expansion. This remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while being an integral part of a thriving business in the specialized glass industry.

Responsibilities

 Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally in English and Spanish
 Schedule and coordinate appointments for installations and estimates
 Conduct proactive follow-ups to nurture sales leads
 Assist in the sales process, including providing basic quotes for simple orders
 Manage and update the companyÂs Google Calendar for efficient scheduling
 Process estimates and invoices using QuickBooks
 Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution
 Contribute to the implementation and management of a new CRM system
 Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication
Requirements
 Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
 Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
 Basic sales acumen and ability to identify upselling opportunities
 Proficiency in Google products, especially Google Calendar
 Familiarity with or willingness to learn QuickBooks and CRM systems
 Excellent organizational and time-management skills
 Ability to work independently in a remote environment
 Reliable high-speed internet connection
 Adaptability to learn new software and systems quickly
 High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or customer service a plus
