Key Responsibilities
 Act as a key financial partner for our nationwide distribution facilities.
 Mentor and oversee the Field Finance team's analysts.
 Address intricate expense challenges, perform allocations, and deliver strategic recommendations to the Field Finance Manager.
 Provide essential support for monthly business closures, including expense accruals, financial analyses, and P&L ownership for designated facilities.
 Manage expenses across multiple multi-customer sites.
 Lead special projects, including system updates and site changes.
 Deliver comprehensive financial reporting utilizing standard tools.
 Prepare journal entries and ensure accurate monthly financial statements through proper expense accruals.
 Conduct monthly P&L variance analyses and pinpoint cost-saving opportunities.
 Collaborate with Customer Operations on invoicing processes.
 Engage in customer financial reviews, elucidating variances and comprehending customer contract stipulations.
 Respond to requests for field financial data, including audits.
 Establish yourself as a trusted business partner to Operations and other Finance/Accounting colleagues.
Required Skills
 Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
 Minimum of 3 years of relevant financial or accounting experience.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
 Capacity to work autonomously while exercising sound judgment.
 Skillful handling of complex scenarios with diplomacy and good judgment.
 Proven ability to interpret financial data and formulate recommendations.
 Strong interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with remote team members and Operations partners.
 Comfortable adapting to a dynamic work environment and motivated to lead change.

Compensation And Benefits
 Salary range: (67,000 - )75,000.
