Airbnb/Furnished Finder
• Coordinates Cleaning Schedule (for both the 2ndand 3rdfloors)
• Coordinates the Airbnb and Furnished Finder Calendars
• Answers guest’s online questions
• Maintains needed supplies
• Troubles shoots

Accounting/HR (Need QuickBooks Online and Excel experience)
• Prepares the monthly billings
• Prepares certain Purchase Orders
• Enters all vendor bills
• Pays all selected bills every Thursday
• Handles all online payments
• Post all the AMEX charges monthly
• Back-ups(and also handles certain Fringe Benefits Tasks)
• Monthly – updates the Use Tax spreadsheet
• Maintains – Vendor and other password spreadsheet
• Maintains – Electricity usage worksheet
• Prepares various analytic worksheet as they come up
• Scans all vendor, contractual and other documents into the share drives
• Processes new employees
• Coordinate annual fringe benefits side-up
• Handle fringe benefits issue with

Customers
• Prepares Hof and Reid billings

Office
• Orders Office Supplies
• Stocks the Bathroom
• Stocks Refrigerator, coffee, candy, etc
• In charge of the telephones
• In charge of the copier
• In charge of the postage machine

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week

Experience:
• QuickBooks: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bethlehem, PA
