Airbnb/Furnished Finder
 Coordinates Cleaning Schedule (for both the 2ndand 3rdfloors)
 Coordinates the Airbnb and Furnished Finder Calendars
 Answers guestÂs online questions
 Maintains needed supplies
 Troubles shoots
Accounting/HR (Need QuickBooks Online and Excel experience)
 Prepares the monthly billings
 Prepares certain Purchase Orders
 Enters all vendor bills
 Pays all selected bills every Thursday
 Handles all online payments
 Post all the AMEX charges monthly
 Back-ups(and also handles certain Fringe Benefits Tasks)
 Monthly  updates the Use Tax spreadsheet
 Maintains  Vendor and other password spreadsheet
 Maintains  Electricity usage worksheet
 Prepares various analytic worksheet as they come up
 Scans all vendor, contractual and other documents into the share drives
 Processes new employees
 Coordinate annual fringe benefits side-up
 Handle fringe benefits issue with
Customers
 Prepares Hof and Reid billings
Office
 Orders Office Supplies
 Stocks the Bathroom
 Stocks Refrigerator, coffee, candy, etc
 In charge of the telephones
 In charge of the copier
 In charge of the postage machine
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
Experience:
 QuickBooks: 2 years (Required)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bethlehem, PA
