Qualifications/Requirements: • Active Texas General Lines/Property and Casualty License - Required! • Minimum 2 years proven Sales experience - Required! • Bilingual - Spanish & English fluently - Required! • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup • Willingness to learn new programs and processes

Key Responsibilities: • This is a sales-drive position! You MUST be passionate about selling and ready to embrace a "sell, sell, sell" mindset every day! • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to policy issuance, while providing exception service. • Conduct high levels of activity including phone calls, texts, and emails • Complete new business onboarding and identify cross-selling opportunities • Identify new business opportunities via telephone, referrals, and various lead sources

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00 - $120,000.00 per year
