Daily Responsibilities of a Dental Utilization Management Coordinator:
• Working on the UM team to process referrals/authorizations for dental services
• Responsible for making outbound calls to providers for missing documentation on referrals/authorizations
• Processing peer-to-peer requests
• Various administrative duties

Requirements: • High school diploma or GED • 1+ years of telephonic provider communication • Previous experience working with Medicaid/Medicare • Experience working with referrals/authorizations • Computer skills - strong typing/data entry skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook • WFH capability - smart phone, private work space, high speed internet • Able and willing to be vaccinated for COVID before conversion to FTE

Hours for this Position:

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm EST

Location:

Remote in Florida

Interview: Zoom interview with manager

Length of Assignment: Right to hire (contract to perm)
