We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join our team as the Director of Customer Success & Marketing Operations, Enterprise. This vital position is primarily responsible for steering customer success initiatives, outbound marketing strategies, and operational efficiencies for our B2B SaaS offerings. In this fully remote role, you will collaborate with the enterprise sales team and other key departments, including Product, Marketing, and Business Development, to ensure a seamless customer journey from onboarding through ongoing engagement. Your expertise will be instrumental in leveraging tools such as Salesforce, Iterable, and Zapier to enhance workflows and achieve organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
 Develop and oversee processes for managing partner relationships aimed at achieving revenue targets
 Lead the comprehensive customer journey to ensure partner engagement, satisfaction, and retention
 Streamline the onboarding process while providing insights on customer adoption and engagement
 Establish effective communication channels between the customer success team and partners
 Cultivate relationships with partner executives to align with business objectives and drive engagement
 Monitor key performance metrics proactively to maintain partner health
 Advocate for partners within the organization to ensure their needs are prioritized
 Manage operational processes using tools like Salesforce, Zapier, and Iterable to improve efficiency
 Collaborate with the sales team on cross-functional initiatives that support revenue generation
 Create user support materials, FAQs, and process flows to assist partners with new features
 Prepare and present monthly business reports to stakeholders, highlighting performance and insights
 Drive outbound marketing strategies with the marketing team to generate leads and enhance brand visibility
 Analyze key performance metrics for informed decision-making and strategic improvements
 Identify new business opportunities from partner requests and collaborate across teams to develop innovative solutions
Required Skills
 Proven leadership experience in managing enterprise-level client relationships
 Proficiency with CRM tools including Salesforce, Asana, and Google Suite
 Strong background in marketing and sales enablement strategies
 Familiarity with operational tools like Zapier and Iterable
 Excellent communication skills with a focus on prioritization and attention to detail
Qualifications
 BA/BS degree or relevant professional experience
 Minimum of 4 years managing enterprise-level clients and stakeholders
 Demonstrated success in leading teams within SaaS or recruiting environments
 Proven track record of achieving annual revenue growth in SaaS settings
 Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Google Gemini is preferred
