The Marketing Engagement Lead (Senior Advisor) is responsible for managing major client relationships by developing marketing initiatives that deliver utilization and growth of MDLIVE services. This is a pivotal and exciting role within the organization and requires a mix of B2B and B2C marketing agility. You will be the key marketing influencer responsible for presenting, developing and facilitating growth marketing strategies to our health plan, hospital systems and/or large employers.
Essential Job Functions
The Marketing Engagement Lead (Senior Advisor) must have a keen understanding of how to build go-to-marketing plans, and a high comfort level building and presenting power point presentations. Our Marketing Engagement Lead (Senior Advisor) will lead and create client communication campaigns. This role requires planning, development and communication of the campaign to the client. It is important to adapt to client needs while also forming an impactful and scalable plan that will positively impact activation and utilization across the board.
 Strong marketing knowledge and experience building short term and long term client communication campaigns
 Monitor and analyze the impact of incentives to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns
 Develop strategic business plans designed to drive utilization within the client's culture while maintaining MDLIVE's brand initiatives.
 Partner with account managers to track and analyze the impact of marketing plans.
 Drive client member engagement and track progress of clients' activation and utilization
 Serve as marketing subject matter expert during sales lead and new client integration process, and provide phone support for client calls
 Conduct trainings for client benefit managers, HR representatives and employees
 Reference reporting platforms to track the success of campaigns and to adjust strategies if needed to ensure the highest level of campaign effectiveness
 Work closely with account managers. When there are low performing accounts, it is the responsibility of the marketing and account management to schedule calls and take action to improve performance
 Attend health fairs, trade shows and corporate events to educate participants and reinforce engagement
 Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with clients on calls is essential. You will be required to assist account managers on client calls. For health systems and larger accounts, you will take on a hands-on role and be responsible for putting in requests and delivering them to the account managers
 Serve as the liaison to the clients for presentations and trainings to introduce and reinforce the services and advantages of MDLIVE. These trainings could be by webinar or in person
 Serve as the brand ambassador to reinforce brand guidelines of MDLIVE for materials, presentations and practices of the company both internally and externally
 Responsible for discovering the root cause and solutions, when issues arise. You will be required to maintain a calm and methodical approach to resolving the issue
 Ready to reach out to clients to set appointments and develop strategies for engagement
 Above Average skills in the Microsoft Office suite including power point and Excel
 Excellent skills in verbal communication and written communication
 Demonstrated ability to present to clients and meet deadlines
 Experience with public speaking to large groups comfortably
 Ability to travel up to 30%
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Should Include
 Bachelor's degree or better in marketing, health services, business or related field
 8+ years of B2B and B2C Marketing expertise, Account Management, and/or other relevant experience
 Independent self-starter and ability to work within a fast-paced team environment
 Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
 Experience delivering marketing campaigns and client focused solutions based on customer needs
 Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
 Strong listening, negotiation and presentations skills
 Accountable, proactive and thoughtful with high attention to detail, follow through and strategic problem solving skills
 Strong public speaking and presentation skills and ability to generate strong external relationships
 Ability to partner with and earn respect of both Sales and Account Managers
 Demonstrated experience with integrated print, email, social media, and digital marketing
