Position Overview
The Healthcare Audit Manager will lead and manage audit activities within the healthcare sector, ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing operational efficiency. The role involves working closely with healthcare organizations to identify risks, develop audit plans, and provide strategic recommendations to improve financial and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
 Lead and manage audit projects from planning through execution and reporting
 Conduct risk assessments to identify key areas of concern within healthcare organizations
 Review financial statements and operational data to ensure accuracy and compliance
 Develop and implement audit strategies and methodologies specific to the healthcare industry
 Provide training and guidance to audit staff and other team members
 Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
 Stay updated on healthcare regulations and industry trends to enhance audit practices
Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit management, preferably in the healthcare sector
 Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
