Key Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding patient care across diverse age groups and manage a range of health conditions.

Required Skills
• Must possess an active and valid license to practice in the state of Indiana.
• Comprehensive knowledge as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with the ability to manage patient care effectively.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications
• Completion of a relevant graduate degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting is required.
• Certifications from recognized bodies: Nurse Practitioner certification from ANCC or AANP, or Physician Assistant certification from NCCPA.

• Competitive salary range of (108,000 - )120,000 annually, dependent on education and experience.
