What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Review and respond to telephone, e-mail, and secure messaging inquiries
• Process outgoing wires and monitor daily Positive Pay processing
• Troubleshoot and research issues related to Remote Deposit Capture, Wires, Checks, and ACH
• Create new customer relationships and provide training in online banking products
• Assist in audits and examinations while resolving customer issues effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of three years of related experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong knowledge of Electronic Banking
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Bilingual/Conversational Spanish preferred
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
