The Role

As a Personal Development Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding our reach and impact. You will:
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to connect with individuals seeking personal growth.
• Conduct professional conversations with prospective clients via phone or Zoom.
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process, providing them with essential resources and support.
• Engage in personal and leadership development activities to lead by example.
• Participate in global training sessions and collaborate with an international team of like-minded professionals.

Key Responsibilities
• Placing strategic advertisements and building connections through social media and other digital platforms.
• Communicating professionally and effectively with potential clients.
• Providing ongoing support and mentorship for new clients.
