 The Strategic Account Director for Enterprise Systems plays a vital role in driving revenue growth and forging strategic partnerships within hospital systems.
 This position focuses on building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, senior management, physicians, laboratory and IT operations teams, and department heads.
 The aim is to promote the adoption of enterprise solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve patient care outcomes.
 The role involves strategic planning, business development, and delivering high-quality services aligned with the hospital's mission and objectives.
Requirements: Â BachelorÂs degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field (masterÂs preferred). Â 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the healthcare and genetic testing sector, particularly with enterprise systems. Â Understanding of the continuum of care within clinical and diagnostic genetics. Â Proven track record of engaging with C-suite executives and senior leadership in hospital settings. Â Strong understanding of hospital operations and enterprise system integration. Â Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Â Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Â Strong understanding of EMR implementations and integrations. Â Familiarity with health system operations and contracting requirements.
