Sales Development Representative (US-based candidates only)
• Experience: 2+ years
• English Level: Advanced
• Location: USA
• 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or similar roles, preferably in the IT or software development industry.
• Proven and verifiable track record of successfully generating outbound qualified leads and achieving targets/quotas.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects at a director to C-Suite level.
• Expertise with CRM tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator) and sales engagement platforms.
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify and connect with prospects with tailored messaging around our services.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of the North American market within higher-end mid-market and enterprise.
• Potential to fast-track into an Account Executive role.

• Research and identify prospects that fall within our ICP using strategic messaging, calling, and hitting the right channels.
• Qualify leads with in-depth discovery, and conversations to understand their needs, pain points, and potential fit with our solutions.
• Strategically schedule and manage meetings and product demos for the sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and execute outbound campaigns and optimize outreach strategies.
• Provide insights and feedback to refine messaging and improve lead-generation tactics.
• Maintain, update, and add detailed notations of all interactions with prospects in our CRM.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to position our solutions effectively.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualified opportunities.
