Key Responsibilities
 Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive purchases of our homework planners.
 Identify and engage potential customers, including parents, educators, school districts, and local retailers.
 Initiate contact with school administrators and PTAs to facilitate bulk orders for student planners.
 Manage incoming inquiries, diligently follow up with leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
 Represent our brand at educational events, fairs, and promotional activities to enhance our visibility.
 Design and manage impactful social media campaigns that highlight the advantages of our planners.
 Create engaging and innovative content (including posts, videos, and advertisements) tailored to attract parents and educational institutions.
 Implement targeted online advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to drive sales.
 Collaborate with influencers, educators, and education bloggers to expand brand awareness.
 Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance data to optimize outreach efforts.
Required Skills
 Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the education or e-commerce sectors.
 Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
 Proficiency in creating captivating digital content (experience with TikTok trends is advantageous).
 Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, and Mailchimp.
 Self-driven, results-oriented, and adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications
 Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in the education or e-commerce field.
 Strong communication and negotiation skills.
