Magnite, Inc. is seeking a proactive Online Chat Support Representative to assist clients, publishers, and advertisers through real-time chat support. This role involves responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience on our advertising platform.
Key Responsibilities
 Provide live chat support to clients, addressing inquiries about MagniteÂs digital advertising platform.
 Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions.
 Assist advertisers and publishers with account setup, billing, and campaign management.
 Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
 Maintain accurate records of interactions and solutions provided.
 Ensure a positive customer experience by providing prompt and professional support.
Requirements
 Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
 Previous experience in customer support, online chat, or a similar role preferred.
 Basic understanding of digital advertising or a willingness to learn.
 Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
 Proficiency in using customer service platforms and CRM tools is a plus.
