Customer Service Specialist

Primary Job Functions:
 Answer general incoming calls, texts, and emails
 Schedule customer appointments
 Call customers to confirm appointments
 Provide support to the Office Manager and other supervisors as needed
 Handle filing system to ensure effective, accurate, and easily retrievable documentation
 Invoicing
 Collaborate and support the team to provide responsive customer service
 Some AR/AP tasks when assigned
Office Support Specialist Qualifications:  2 years or more of experience as office support/customer service  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)  Quickbooks knowledge is a plus, but not required  Strong Organizational skills  Must be able to multi-task proficiently  Strong interpersonal skills  Ability to work independently or collaboratively with team members  Must have the highest integrity, including the ability to treat confidential information appropriately
