Weekend: Saturday & Sunday Off
Pay Rate: (12 - )13 per hour (W2)
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team. In this remote, part-time role, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your focus will be on providing an exceptional customer experience by effectively addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
 Address customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
 Deliver clear and precise information while upholding a professional demeanor
 Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to ensure excellence and consistency
 Accurately document customer interactions
 Achieve individual and team performance objectives
 Maintain a positive and professional attitude consistently
Required Skills
 Strong verbal and written communication skills
 Excellent listening and problem-solving capabilities
 Proficient typing and data entry skills
 Familiarity with Windows-based software and internet navigation
 A sincere desire to assist and support others
Qualifications
 High School Diploma or equivalent
 Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
 Previous call center experience with inbound/outbound calls is advantageous
