As a Digital Service Representative at Walt Disney World Resort, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional digital experiences for our Guests.
This hourly position is based in an inbound contact center located at Disney Central in Orlando, Florida.
You will attend a paid training class where you will participate in multiple performance assessments.
The operating hours of Disney Central are from Sunday through Saturday, 05:45 a.m. -12:15 a.m.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves:
 Assisting Guests with their digital experience
 Providing solutions to Guest inquiries
 Participating in performance assessments
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
 Knowledge of Disney products
 Experience in a customer service or contact center environment
