Responsibilities: Â Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces. Â Change and wash bed linens, make beds, and restock essential supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products. Â Sweep, vacuum, mop, and dust all rooms. Â Handle and properly dispose of trash and recyclables. Â Follow specific cleaning checklists and guidelines to ensure consistency. Â Report any issues or concerns to management promptly. Â Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for guest privacy.
Requirements: Â Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness. Â Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Â Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Â Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Â Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and handle cleaning supplies. Â Reliable iPhone or Android smartphone with a functioning camera.
Preferred Qualifications: Â Experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a short-term rental or hospitality setting. Â Experience working with Airbnb or similar short-term rental platforms.
