Responsibilities:  Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat.  Assist customers with booking, reservations, and general inquiries about South Airlines services.  Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.  Provide information on flight schedules, policies, and procedures.  Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements: Â Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Â Previous customer service experience is preferred. Â Familiarity with airline operations and reservations systems is a plus. Â Ability to work independently and in a remote setting. Â Proficient in using computer systems and software.
