Senior Global Benefits Specialist

GOAT Group is seeking a Sr. Global Benefits Specialist who will be responsible for planning and executing the day-to-day operations of the companyâs non-U.S. benefits and leave management programs.Â
In this role you will:Â
- Administer and manage all non-U.S. benefits programs across GOATâs current global footprint
- Partner with benefits consultants, local brokers and HR Business Partners to align benefits initiatives tailored to meet organizational objectives and talent strategiesÂ
- Enhance our current global benefits program and processes, taking into account benchmarking, employee feedback, compliance and cost considerationsÂ
- Regularly meet with the benefits broker team, third-party benefit plan providers and other external vendorsÂ
- Maintain international benefits calendar, partner with stakeholders to lead the renewal process or to implement new benefitsÂ
- Administer and audit all aspects of GOATâs global employee benefits program, including but not limited to pension/retirement plans, medical, dental, vision and insured policies, as well as support our U.S. benefits where possibleÂ
- Develop and refine our international benefits expertise, across statutory requirements and supplemental offeringsÂ
- Own the leave of absence program, partnering with HR Business Partners, payroll and legal as necessary in addition to continuously improving the processÂ
- Keep current on regulations and new legislation, ensure all policies are compliant, oversee audits and required filingsÂ
- Support immigration matters as needed for visa transfers & renewals and LOA postings
- Create standard operating procedure documents for benefits programsÂ
- Develop and deliver communication materials and educational resources to help employees understand their benefits and wellbeing optionsÂ
- Other benefits support as neededÂ
We are looking for:Â
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with general knowledge of global benefits plans and leave programsÂ
- Working knowledge of statutory and private benefit plans globally, with some previous exposure to global compliance and administrationÂ
- Ability to efficiently perform several tasks concurrently and work independently in a deadline driven environmentÂ
- Strong Excel skillsÂ
- Ability to problem solve complex benefits and leave of absence issuesÂ
- Organization and attention to detailÂ
- Professional written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Experience with UKG and/or ADP Lyric is a plus
